Post-Go-Live-Support

Our experience in the field of outsourcing has shown that the decisive moment often occurs after the project has been completed. 

At first, everything goes smoothly: the project is handed over successfully and everyone involved is satisfied. But then, after some time, problems arise that could not have been foreseen beforehand.

This can lead to a successfully completed project failing after all and everything having to be redone. We have experienced this ourselves!

We are also there for you after the project has been completed - we promise!

We will of course rectify defects within the agreed warranty period and provide you with advice and assistance.

Once the warranty has expired, we are happy to offer you the option of concluding a maintenance contract. Within this framework, we will continue to take care of the maintenance of the software. We will agree the content of the maintenance contract together.

Our many years of experience also give you the security of knowing that the project will last long after it has been completed. We try to do better what we have always wanted to do ourselves.
